First of all, I would like to thank the APH and Telefónica for the trust they have placed in me to take charge of this beautiful, ambitious and necessary project for the city of Huelva.
Industrial Engineer by profession, “La Lonja de la Innovación” becomes a new professional and personal challenge.
It means helping my homeland to grow in technology, and putting the city on the map as a pioneering place in FIWARE technology within the logistic-port sector.
But above all, it is about helping entrepreneurs to achieve their objectives, and to support their ideas so they can grow. There is nothing more comforting than helping someone. It is inevitable to feel happy when you know that you have done something for another human being.
At La Lonja de la Innovación we have a great team of professionals with desire, motivation and enthusiasm to make “things happen”. We put all the tools at our disposal to make startups enjoy this opportunity and get out the best of themselves.
For me the success equation has three factors: perseverance, confidence and passion.
Life has taught me that nothing good is easy. If you want to accomplish your goals, you need to make an effort and work every day-to-day to achieve them.
Trust yourself. If you don’t do it, no one else will. Before it happens you have to visualize yourself wherever you want to go. You will not convince anyone if you don't believe in it.
There is no success without passion. When you put passion into what you do, every great effort is more bearable. Because you don’t only enjoy the result, but you enjoy the path to achieve it. And this path , like life, has to be savored everyday
Personally, I can’t live without physical activity. A tennis match, a cross-training session or a run at dawn… “Non-Stop”.
I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, gastronomies and landscapes.
As a good Huelva native I love to spend time near the sea, the beach, on a summer terrace at sunset…
But above all, I like to enjoy people; family and friends, and unknown people that for some reason cross your life and give you a different perspective…
